Pet policy: We are a pet-friendly community allowing dogs and cats. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $500 for two, that is due prior to move-in. A monthly pet rent of $25 per pet also applies. Please call for complete pet policy.
